The Foundation needs more than 2.5 billion airline miles to grant travel wishes each year. See your miles at work.

 

If your voucher is transfer-able and does not expire within 30 days, please contact the national office or your local chapter today.

Please note: As of January 31, 2009 American Airlines AAdvantage® members will no longer be able to donate their unused miles to the Make-A-Wish Foundation®. However, mileage donations requested or postmarked through 1/31/09 will still be applied. If you have questions about the AAdvantage program, please contact AAdvantage at (800) 882-8880

Tax Deductibility

The IRS recognizes award points and miles as a gift or an award from the corporation to the individual. Therefore, points and Frequent Flier miles donated to charity are not considered tax deductible
