With nearly 80 years combined experience in the travel industry, Maxine and Gary Silverstein have an impressive partnership. Since acquiring Mann Travels in 1979, the Silversteins have built strong and loyal relationships with both their customers and their suppliers. These successful relationships – and providing consistent value to all customers – are the cornerstone of their business philosophy.
Mark Fletcher – Executive Vice President & General Manager
Mark has been dedicated to the travel industry since 1989, beginning his career in travel as co-owner of Anchors Away, a cruise only agency in Charlotte. in 1992, Anchors Away merged with Village Travel and Mark and his partners grew the company to 5 locations and became one of North Carolina's leading travel agencies with a focus on Corporate Travel and the growing cruise industry.
In 1998, Village Travel and Cruises was purchased by Mann Travels. The newly formed company became the largest privately owned travel agency in North and South Carolina. In 2006, Mark left his role as Vice President of Operations with Mann Travels to pursue a career in consulting for the travel industry. This consulting role took Mark throughout the country including two years in Michigan. In 2009, Mark returned to Mann Travels as Executive Vice President and oversees the entire operation.
Mark loves to travel and he traveled throughout the world including South America, Asia and Europe. He is an avid animal lover and supporter. Originally from Long Island, New York, Mark currently resides in Charlotte with his 2 cocker spaniels.

Linda was Born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and grew up in Charlotte, she is married and has two children. her background consists of 21 years in Sales/Managment. She comes from the hospitality industry as a Regional Sales Director
